Returns & Exchange Policy
At Southern Honey Care, every product is handcrafted with care and made to the highest standard. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our body care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, ingredients, and scent details before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out — we are happy to help you find the right product for your skin.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the damage
Once we receive and review your claim, we will work with our shipping carrier and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to process damage claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Southern Honey Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a claim with USPS and contact us so we can assist where possible.
